  11. Siapkan 2 cm of laos d geprek.
  12. Siapkan 1 cm of kunyit.
  13. Gunakan Sedikit of gula merah.
  14. Siapkan of Garam secukupny.

  1. Potong-potong daging,cuci bersih.kemudian sisihkan..
  2. Siapkan bumbu+haluskan semua bumbu kecuali daun jeruk dan kayu manis..
  3. Utk lombok kering,cincang halus masukkan k bumbu jga y....
  4. Panaskan wajan,beri sdkit minyak.tumis bumbu hingga kuning+harum..
  5. Kmudian tmbahkan kelapa goreng lalu daun jeruk,laos,serta kayu manisny..
  6. Aduk terus,beri sdikt air lalu masukkan lombok kering bersama daging.jgn lupa tmbahkan Gula merah dgn garam dan penyedap rasa..
  7. Tutup wajan,tunggu air sampai sad(habis)..
  8. Kemudian hidangkn d piring taburi sdikit bawang goreng d atasny.kni siap utk d santap....
