Bahan Sate babi manis
- Dibutuhkan 500 gr of daging babi.
- Sediakan of Bahan bumbu daging.
- Siapkan 1 ruas jari of jahe.
- Dibutuhkan 5 siung of bawang putih.
- Gunakan 5 Siung of bawang merah.
- Sediakan 1 sdt of kunyit bubuk.
- Siapkan 1 sdm of ketumbar bubuk.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm of gula merah.
- Dibutuhkan 2 sdm of kecap manis.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of air asam.
- Diperlukan 1 buah of lengkuas.
- Diperlukan 3 buah of kemiri.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Garam/ penyedap.
- Sediakan secukupnya of Merica.
- Sediakan of Bahan oles.
- Diperlukan of Kecap manis.
- Dibutuhkan of Margarin.
- Gunakan of Sisa bumbu halus.

Cara membuat Sate babi manis
- Giling daging babi secara terpisah...
- Haluskan bahan bumbu daging semua di campur lalu haluskan... sisakan sedikit bumbu halus untuk dicampur dlm bahan olesan....
- Lalu aduk bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan dengan daging diamkan daging g +-2jam agar meresap....
- Sesudah meresap bentuk daging lonjong2 dan bakar diatas teflon sambil di beri bumbu oles.
- Ketika matang tusuk daging dengan tusuk sate...
- Siap dihidangkan.....
