Bahan Sate Padang

  1. Dibutuhkan 1/2 kg of daging sapi.
  2. Sediakan of Bumbu halus.
  3. Siapkan 8 of bawang merah.
  4. Siapkan 6 of bawang putih.
  5. Sediakan 4 of kemiri sangrai.
  6. Sediakan 1/2 ruas of kunyit sangrai.
  7. Dibutuhkan 1/2 jempol of jahe.
  8. Siapkan 6 of cabe keriting (agak pedas).
  9. Gunakan of Bumbu lain.
  10. Gunakan 2 of serai geprek.
  11. Gunakan 3 of daun jeruk.
  12. Gunakan 2 of daun salam.
  13. Diperlukan 1 jempol of lengkuas geprek.
  14. Dibutuhkan 250 ml of air kaldu rebusan daging bagi 2.
  15. Gunakan 1/4 sdt of merica bubuk.
  16. Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt of ketumbar bubuk.
  17. Dibutuhkan 1/8 sdt of pala bubuk.
  18. Sediakan 1/4 sdt of jinten bubuk.
  19. Siapkan 1/2 buah of bunga Lawang.
  20. Sediakan 1 buah of asam kandis.
  21. Sediakan of Gula merah (optional).
  22. Diperlukan of Kaldu jamur.
  23. Dibutuhkan Sedikit of garam.
  24. Diperlukan of Bumbu saus.
  25. Diperlukan 1 sdm of tepung beras.
  26. Gunakan 1/2 sdm of maizena.
  27. Gunakan 250 ml of kaldu rebusan daging.
  28. Diperlukan 1/4 sdt of kunyit bubuk.
  29. Dibutuhkan of Sisa bumbu ungkepan daging.
  30. Diperlukan of Pelengkap.
  31. Dibutuhkan of Ketupat.
  32. Gunakan of Bawnag goreng.
  33. Diperlukan of Kerupuk.

One of the best sate padang in Jakarta, the meat is tender, the gravy is superb! Rich in flavour, just the right thickness, a bit spicy. If the dining place can have better ventilation, thus less smoke while eating, our gair and clothes wouldn't smell. Langkah-langkah membuat Sate Padang

  1. Rebus daging (saya pakai presto biar cepat dan sisihkan air kaldu nya 500 ml dan potong daging sesuai selera ( ukuran sate).
  2. Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas daun jeruk daun salam serai bunga Lawang asam kandis sampai harum dan layu.
  3. Setelah bumbu tanak masukan air kaldu, setelah mendidih masukan daging, sedikit garam, sedikit kaldu, sedikit gula, dan semua bumbu jenis bumbu bubuk masak sampai bumbu meresap (jgn kering bgt krn Sisa bumbu utk saus) dan angkat.
  4. Setelah dingin tusuk daging dengan tusukan sate bakar sampe kering. Utk bumbu masak sisa bumbu ungkep dengan air kaldu dan tepung maizena dan beras aduk sampai kental dan angkat, letakan ketupat sate dan siram dengan saus dan taburi bawang goreng.
